What “done-for-you” means

Express Comply is complete preparation, not advice: Agency writes the policies, configures and maintains the controls, collects and validates the evidence, and keeps the program healthy through your entire audit observation period for a full year. Your team answers questions and grants access; Agency does the work.

The rate is flat. There is no hourly billing, no scope-creep invoicing, and no surprise charge when the observation period runs long — one price covers the year.

The audit add-on

Audits add from $2,500 for companies with up to 20 employees and are quoted for larger bands. They are performed by independent U.S.-based, AICPA-member CPA firms in Agency’s Platinum Tier approved auditor network — the standard, not a specific firm, is what Agency guarantees.

The CPA firm independently determines engagement acceptance, scope, testing, findings, and report issuance. Platinum Tier is Agency’s own network designation for the auditors it works with; it is not an AICPA ranking or endorsement.

GRC-platform agnostic

Express Comply works with any GRC platform — Vanta and Drata are preferred, and buying either through Agency comes with published pricing and Agency’s Best Price Guarantee (see Vanta pricing and Drata pricing).

Select services are available with no platform at all: Agency can run SOC 2 or ISO 27001 entirely in structured spreadsheets — see SOC 2 without a platform and ISO 27001 without a platform.

Where Express Comply ends and Managed Comply begins

Express Comply is the standardized flat-rate program: one framework prepared, maintained, and carried through its observation period for a year. Conditions

The flat rate is defined by headcount band and covers one framework for one year, including the observation period; the audit, the platform, and penetration testing are always stated separately so the flat rate never hides them. Published prices are standard published pricing through Agency — final price is confirmed in your Order Form/SOW, and per the published program terms, a fully executed MSA and Order Form/SOW are required before any benefit under the Program can be claimed.
